1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LECOLE web app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

LECOLE provides digital SAT test preparation materials, including practice tests, study guides, and other educational resources (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and agree to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain Services, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify LECOLE immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

You may have the ability to submit, post, or display content through the App ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant LECOLE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of LECOLE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the App's content without LECOLE's prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. LECOLE does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LECOLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the Services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States and Vietnam.

10. Changes to Terms

LECOLE may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

LECOLE may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason without notice.

12. Payments and Fees

12.1 Payment Methods: LECOLE accepts payment for Services via the following methods: * Debit/Credit/International Payments (Outside of Vietnam): Processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By using Lemon Squeezy, you agree to their terms of service and privacy policy, which can be found on their website. * QR Code Payments (Vietnam): LECOLE provides a QR code payment option for users in Vietnam. 12.2 Fees: The fees for the Services are as listed on the App. LECOLE reserves the right to change the fees at any time. 12.3 Non-refundable: All payments for Services are final and non-refundable. Please carefully review your purchase before completing the transaction. 12.4 Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase of Services.

13. Lemon Squeezy

By using Lemon Squeezy to make a payment, you agree to be bound by Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. LECOLE is not responsible for any issues arising from your use of Lemon Squeezy.

14. QR Code Payments

By using the QR code payment option, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. LECOLE is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from incorrect payment information.

15. Updates and Modifications

LECOLE may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
